MENU TREE WINDOW

Menu Tree Window displays hierarchy of designed menu, main components of which are: Root, Container, Item. Each Item element has its own ordinal number, which begins from 1 and etc. if user didn't enter another value (see Properties Inspector). Each Container element also has its own ordinal number. First digit means level of element position, second - ordinal number of element. Maximum quantity of levels depends from creating menu type: for Drop Down menu - unlimited; for Linear menu only first level is possible for using, quantity of this elements is unlimited; for Collapsable menu - quantity of levels is 2. Sign plus is showing with Container element if it contains Item elements, by clicking on it we will see a content of Container element.

 

 

An additional tool bar contains four keys

the detailed description of which is listed below.

Add Item. Item component is adding with appropriate ordinal number when selecting Container component and pressure on this key. However in case of creation the Linear Menu at selection Root component and pressure on this key Container component is adding, and in case of creation the Drop Down menu at selection Item component Container component is adding in the lower level.

Remove Item. During the selection Item component on the second level and pressure on this key this component is deleting; during the selection Container component on the second level and pressure on this key not only maintenance of this component but also a component is deleting. On the first level only Item elements can be deleted. If user creates Linear menu only Item components can be deleted.

Move Up. Moving of the Item element upwards.

Move Down. Moving of the Item element downward.

Scroll buttons

In case if user can't see all existing now elements in the Menu Tree Window

the scroll buttons are used, description of which is listed below.

Button pan. At pressure on this key by the left mouse button, an user moves upwards on the tree of the created menu.
Scroll box. At pressure on this key by the left mouse button and moving mouse, an user moves on the tree of the created menu upwards or downward, depending from movement of the mouse.
Button pan. At pressure on this key by the left mouse button, an user moves downward on the tree of the created menu.

Context menu

At clicking the right mouse button on the selected styles tree component a context menu appears, which consists from Add to style command,

used for adding a style of selected component to a style library.

Drag&Drop

For comfortable adding of the selected component style to the style library Drag&Drop technology is used. For this purpose is needed to select the necessary component in Menu Tree Window and retaining by pressed the left mouse button move it to the style library as shown on the picture.
